As a pre birthday meal, David took me to Boise where I had my first taste of Basque food. The restaurant we went to is called Bardenay Restaurant and Distillery, which is located on the Historic Basque Block in downtown, Boise. It's a full service restaurant and bar where you can get a tour of the handcrafted liquor being created on site.

The food was really good. I did end up getting a little tipsy from the chocolate martini, but other than that, I would definitely go back again!!
